Shipping & Returns


Our goal is to have your order shipped as soon as possible and to provide the best shopping experience. Every online order is given the same care and is expected to ship out within 1 to 2 business days. Most leave us on their way to you within 24 hours. If we cannot meet this expectation, we will contact you with an updated delivery date.

We generally ship using UPS or FedEx, and our site uses a freight calculator to determine the cost to ship the goods from our facility in Chalfont, PA. Make sure you give us a valid email address at the time you place your order, this is very important! Orders sent to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses are shipped via the US Postal Service. Delivery tracking is available for all shipping options listed above.

Most orders received Monday through Friday before Midnight (EST) and paid by credit card, will ship within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Saturday and Sunday and most holidays) provided the items are in stock. There may be a slight delay in order shipment during peak holiday seasons. Inventory changes regularly. We try to update inventory every 24 hours. On rare occasions, an item will run out before we have a chance to update the website. You will be notified via e-mail or phone in the event any item in your order is backordered or no longer available.

Tracking Number
After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number for your order. You then can review the progress of your shipment.

Email Confirmations
When you place an order with Byers’ Choice Ltd., we will send you an email confirmation. The email includes your Byers’ Choice Order number, please use this ID # on all correspondence with us. It is extremely important that you provide us with a current and correct email address so that you receive this important message.


All returned items must be in their original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. The item must be returned within 30 days of your purchase to receive a refund or replacement. 1. Mail your returned item to: Byers Choice Ltd. 4355 County Line Rd Chalfont, PA 18914 2. Include in the return package a note explaining the reason for the return along with the packing receipt that contains your order number. 3. If you are requesting a refund, your credit card will be refunded within 5 business days of the receipt of the return. The returned item must be in its original condition. Shipping costs will be refunded only in the case where Byers’ Choice made an error. Return of Damaged item(s) If the item you purchased was damaged upon arrival, please call the Byers Choice Ltd. at 215-822-7707 and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent. We will include a return label with the replacement item that will be used to return the damaged item to the Byers’ Choice Ltd. If a replacement is not available a refund will be arranged.

No Restocking/Processing Fees
There are no additional fees associated with restocking goods that are returned within the 30 day return period. Returns made beyond 30 days will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
