COMPANY TOUR

After 115 years, the Müller factory is still well-anchored in the soil of Seiffen, Germany and continues to make hand carved wooden decorations of the highest quality. Through the decades, the Müller product line and workshop have grown adapting to the changing times. They currently make more than 400 different beautifully designed and finely crafted wooden collectibles traditional to the region. From the selection of the wood to the final varnish, each item is carefully crafted by the experienced hands of a skilled woodworker.

Müller selects only the best wood to make their products.
They use over 35 different kinds of wood sourced from the Erzgebirge and around the world, all from sustainable forestry. The wood goes through a quality check and is then cut to length manually before continuing through the production process. Quality is of the highest importance ensuring that only the best items are made and shipped to embellish your home.

Müller designs, be they tiny or large, have all gone through the skilful hands of Müller’s master woodworkers.
Nearly all of the ten thousand components used are made in the Müller workshop which helps oversee quality control. However, this approach relies solely on their qualified staff which means their items take several weeks to complete. The Müller woodworkers put their hearts in what they do, and have done so since the beginning of the company in 1899.

In the assembly department, the products come to life.
On their long way to the final product, Müller items take well-experienced and loving hands to be completed. And since they are all hand-made; each of them is unique!
