Byers' Choice will gladly accept returns within 30 days of shipment date. Items can be returned within 30 days for exchange or full credit excluding shipping (to the credit card used at time of purchase). If the return is a result of a Byers' Choice error, we must be notified within 5 business days of receipt by email or phone in order to determine the best course of action; in these cases of Byers' Choice error, we will also refund any shipping costs. Any returns received after 30 days of shipment date will be subject to a 20% restocking fee given the collectible and limited edition nature of our product line. Exchanges are subject to availability.
