No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest. Enter the Contest on-line by going to www.byerschoice.com Click on the "Enter Contest!" button and fill out the on-line entry card. Additionally, entry cards can be requested by mailing a self addressed envelope with return postage to Byers’ Choice Drawing, PO Box 158, Chalfont, PA 18914. Participating Byers’ Choice retailers will also have additional drawing cards. Any error or omission in the information on the Entry Form will void the entry. By participating, all entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules.

The Contest is open to U.S. residents, 18 years of age or older. Proof of age may be required. Employees of Byers’ Choice Ltd. and its affiliates, employees of any prize sponsor and its affiliates, and members of such employees' immediate families or households are ineligible to participate in this Contest.

All entries for the Contest must be received by Byers’ Choice Ltd, PO Box 158, Chalfont, PA 18914 on or before: 9/26/2008 5:00:00 PM Eastern for drawing one and 12/12/08 5:00:00 PM Eastern for drawing two. Winners will be selected from a random drawing scheduled to be on 9/28/08 and 12/15/08 and will be posted on www.byerschoice.com

The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. All drawings will be conducted under the supervision of Byers’ Choice Ltd. The decisions of Byers’ Choice Ltd. are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest. Entries are the property of Byers’ Choice Ltd. and will not be returned. Entrants need not be present at the drawing to win a prize. Winners will be notified by phone and, or e-mail. If a winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made within five (5) business days of Byers’ Choice's first attempt, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

Stated values represent approximated retail cost.

One (1) grand prize winner will receive a 5 day trip for two to London, England. (Value: $3500) In total, more than $30,000 of prizes will be offered.

This Contest is void where and to the extent prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable laws, including, without limitation, federal, state, and local laws and regulations. In the event of non-compliance by any winner with the official rules of this Contest, an alternate winner may be selected. Prizes are non-transferable. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in a disqualification of the winner and an alternate winner may be selected. All prizes will be awarded. Except where legally prohibited, acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for Byers’ Choice Ltd. to use each winner's name, photograph and or likeness in print.

By participating, entrants agree that Byers’ Choice Ltd, and their affiliates, shall not be liable for any claims, damages, losses or injuries, including any third party claims, arising from or relating to, in whole or in part, this Contest, including entry and participation in this Contest and acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prizes. Byers’ Choice Ltd. reserves the right to modify the rules of the Contest in any way or at any time, as long as reasonable notice is given. All taxes on any prize won are the sole responsibility of each winner, including, without limitation, any federal, state, or local taxes which may be deemed applicable in such winner's jurisdiction of residence. This Contest shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States of America. By participating in this contest, entrants agree that the state and federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania shall have jurisdiction over any dispute or litigation arising from or relating to this Contest.
